Our Studio Classes & Treatments

From our brand new purpose-built studio at Brancaster Hall on the North Norfolk Coast, you can join a number of our different classes or enjoy one-to-one instruction or treatments. Our group classes are limited to 12 people so that we can give each client our personal attention and ensure that every person in the class is exercising correctly and safely.

Pilates Stretches

Body Control Pilates Classes with Hannah

Beginner or mixed ability classes 

£72 for 6 weeks (payable in advance)

Hannah has run her beginner and intermediate pilates classes for over 17 years and brings them to the new studio at The Old Stables.

Beginners/Improvers Class - for those looking to improve in a slower paced, technical class.

Mixed Ability Class - for all levels of experience and ability.

​

Body Control Pilates Classes with Gary

Beginner or mixed ability classes

In 2018 Gary qualified as a Body Control Pilates Matwork teacher and he hopes in his classes to introduce more men to the benefits of Pilates. Pilates works by building strength from the inside out, rebalancing the body and bringing it into correct alignment. This improves posture, achieving a good balance between strength and flexibility, and is a great way to relieve unwanted stress and tension.

Beginners/Improvers Class - for those looking to improve in a slower paced, technical class.

Mixed Ability Class - for all levels of experience and ability.

Pilates Work Out

High Energy Pilates Classes with Hannah

For iimprovers and above 

£72 for 6 weeks (payable in advance)

This class is for those who have Pilates matwork experience but want to get a little sweatier! The class will flow with dynamic and high energy movements but performed with all the Pilates principles in mind. Please note this class is not suitable for beginners.

Pilates Exercise

1-2-1 Private Matwork Pilates Sessions

Available with either Hannah or Gary in the studio

£54 per hour / or £48 per hour if you block book minimum 5 sessions 

Whether you are new to Pilates or experienced in the practice, we offer private one-to-one sessions for an hour with either Hannah or Gary. During these sessions we can give you our personal attention and can tailor your workout to suit your needs and capabilities.

Reformer Workout

Private Sessions on the Reformer Machine

Available with Hannah in the Reformer apparatus room

1-2-1 Sessions - £54 per hour  / £48 per hour if you block block minimum 5 sessions

​2-2-1 Sessions - £78 per hour / £72 per hour if you block block minimum 5 sessions

nvented by Joseph Pilates, the Reformer machine offers all the benefits of Pilates, including overall strength, flexibility, coordination, balance and graceful, efficient movement, and for many, relief from pain associated with physical imbalances such as back pain. it offers versatility as exercise on the reformer can be performed lying down, sitting up, standing, by pulling on ropes, by pushing the footbar, having your legs in straps, your arms in straps and so much more.

Sports Injury

Sports Injury Treatment with Gary

By appointment only

£45 per hour of treatment

Gary is a qualified sports injury therapist with diplomas in Anatomy and Physiology and Holistic massage. His private sports injury treatments include deep tissue massage, holistic massage and soft tissue release. He also offers individual treatment of aches, sprains and everyday muscular tensions.
