How does the subscription work?
A subscription with oldstablespilates.co.uk gives you full access to a subscribers-only VIDEO CLASSES page on our website where you can view, stream and follow all of Hannah & Gary's video pilates classes.
To subscribe, choose a monthly (£20) or annual (£210) plan, click 'select' and then follow the checkout process to pay via Paypal (either by your Paypal account or by credit/debit card). Payment is taken for the first month (£20) or year (£210) and then a recurring payment is taken monthly or annually unless you cancel your plan, in which case we will cancel your account and never charge your card again.
What is included in my Subscription?
A subscription with oldstablespilates.co.uk gives you full access to Hannah and Gary's back catalogue of Pilates class videos filmed at home during lockdown, which range from 10 minute tutorials to 60 minute full classes.
In addition to this you will have access to 10 new video classes every month filmed in their studio.
It's that simple - just watch and follow whenever you like as many times as you like!
Who are the classes suitable for?
There are classes available to view for all abilities and you will see them grouped by category on the video classes page. We have classes for Beginners/Improvers, Mixed Ability, High Intensity Training and specific focus classes on stretching and Pilates techniques.
Will I need any special equipment?
There is no special equipment required. We suggest you use a mat or carpeted floor for the classes. Some of Hannah's classes suggest using small hand weights, but tin cans from your store cupboard will do this job nicely!
How many videos can I view and choose from?
There are 10 x new 30min video classes available to view and follow onto the site every month.
There is also Hannah and Gary's full back catalogue of over 20 classes filmed during lockdown running from 10mins up to 60mins.
What types of classes are there?
Classes are grouped on the video classes page into the following categories:
Beginners/Improvers Pilates classes - for those new to Pilates
Mixed Ability Pilates Classes - for those with some Pilates experience
High Intensity Classes - for those who want to follow a high energy fat burning class
Short or Specific Focus Classes - short classes under 30min focusing on specific areas, stretching or Pilates techniques
Tutorials - 2 minute quick tutorials with Hannah and Gary to help with your basic Pilates technique
I've subscribed, how do I start viewing the classes?
When you subscribe you will be asked to create a log-in password
Once subscribed just go to oldstablesspilates.co.uk anytime on a laptop or device and log-in (top right corner of website)
Once logged in you will be able to see the subscribers-only VIDEO CLASSES page
Just click on ONLINE HUB from the menu and select VIDEO CLASSES from the drop-down menu
Click on the video you want to watch and off you go! Videos can be expanded to full-screen view.
How often should I do the classes?
The classes are available for you to view and follow when you like, as many times as you like. We suggest you listen to your body and don't overdo it. Our advice is to set aside 30 mins for yourself, ideally three times per week. If you can’t manage that then anything is better than nothing and your body will appreciate the stretching and conditioning of any Pilates class.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
YES, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
To cancel your subscription please email . We will cancel your subscription and your card will not be charged for any further monthly or annual payments. You will receive an email confirmation of the cancellation from us and also from Paypal.
I have subscribed but I can't see the VIDEO CLASSES page?
Firstly, make sure you have logged in.
Click on the log-in arrow in the top right corner of the website and click LOG IN.
Enter your email and password.
Once logged in, click on ONLINE HUB from the menu and select VIDEO CLASSES from the drop-down menu.
This will take you to the VIDEO CLASSES page where you can watch all the videos.
The VIDEO CLASSES page is a subscribers-only page
Only those that are subscribed and logged-in can view this page
